Eligibility for Returns

You may return your product within 7 calendar days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • It is in resalable condition with no damage, stains, wear, or alterations
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after the 7-day period
  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
  • Personal care items, such as cosmetics, undergarments, or hygiene products
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or digital downloads, if applicable

Please include:

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we will refund via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for the same item in case of:

  • Defect or damage during shipping
  • Wrong item shipped by us

Please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, such as a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we will cover return shipping.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please do not send your item back without receiving return instructions from our support team.
  • Items returned without authorization may not be processed.
