Shipping Within UAE

Delivery Time

Main Cities: 2–4 business days
Remote Areas: 4–5 business days

Delivery Hours

Sunday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
No deliveries on Saturdays or UAE public holidays

Shipping Provider

We partner with trusted courier companies including Aramex, Emirates Post, and other reliable logistics providers depending on your location.

Delivery Charges

Free delivery on all orders across the UAE
No hidden fees at checkout

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation (Sunday–Friday).

Orders placed on Saturdays or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all Emirates, including:

Dubai
Abu Dhabi
Sharjah
Ajman
Umm Al Quwain
Fujairah
Ras Al Khaimah

For extremely remote locations, additional delivery time or manual delivery coordination may be required.

Missed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate.
If a delivery is missed, our courier will attempt redelivery or contact you.
If an incorrect address is provided, delays may occur and additional redelivery charges may apply.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. However, we're working on expanding our services outside the UAE.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
